Our personal training sessions are just that, personal. We realize every client is bioindividual and training is designed for each client by their trainer.
Rebounding Session
This is a total body workout done in a high intensity interval training style. We also offer rebounding for lymphatic drainage in a more meditative practice.
Functional Training
A functional workout strengthens you in a particular way. This will directly translate to an activity outside the scope of aestetics. Functional training makes daily activities easier to perform.
Meditation
We offer mindfulness based meditation. We believe training attention awareness can benefit all areas of life and help clients achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.
Health & Wellness
Lisa Brewer has expanded her practice beyond personal traing and is a certified IIN Holistic Health Coach. She believes many aspects of your life make up your overall wellness.

We have rebounding sessions that fit your needs. We offer beginner sessions if you are new to rebounding. We also offer a very mild meditative session for lymphatic drainage. We also take it to the next lever with high intensity moves in a HIIT style workout. This service is available in both NC & FL and is typically only offered one to one.
