We offer a varity of programs or we offer mix and match to maximize your fitness and recovery.
Meditation
Guided meditation. Calmness is a major benefit of mediation but it’s the focus and awareness that can really supercharge your day. If you want to be less controlled by your emotional/instinctive self and give more power to your rational/analytical self then this is the practice for you. You'll end up better able to control your anxiety, fear, boredom & pain. You will naturally have more focus and awareness making your life more fulfilling & productive.
Personal Training
One on One Personal Training. As we said before, all training should be specific to the client. We are all unique, bio-individual creatures. We will always meet you where you are on your journey. Whether a seasoned fitness pro, someone trying to get back on their fitness plan, or someone that just wants the individualized attention from one of our exceptional personal trainers. We have a plan that is right for you.
Rebounder Training Session
As kids we all loved a trampoline. Since we are all big kids now we all still love the trampoline. The mini rebounder is much different than the trampoline and safer, mind you! We have been training clients on the rebounder for over 3 years. Our sessions range from high intensity HIIT style workouts to very calming and relaxing bouncing for lymphatic drainage. This is also a very safe and effective form of exercise if you experience knee pain as this eliminates the pounding of running or jumping on the ground. With the choreographed moves your brain will also get a powerful memory and learning boost.
Functional Training
This program is not just for seniors even thoughwe love seeing the improvements in all aspects of their life this type of training provides. This is a typre of exercise that mimics movements made in your daily life. It is also essential for athletic performance and injury prevention. We formulate an individualized plan for each client but the program is based on the key movements. These seven basic movements are what the human body can perform. The seven basic movements are PUSH, PULL, SQUAT, LUNGE, HINGE, ROTATION, and GAIT.
